1. Acceptance of Terms
AcademyofSorcery.com provides its service to you, subject to the following Terms of Service, which may be updated by AcademyofSorcery.com without prior notice to you.

When using AcademyofSorcery.com services, you shall be subject to any posted rules or guidelines which may be posted at any time. All such rules or guidelines are hereby incorporated by reference in the Terms of Service.

2. Liability
AcademyofSorcery.com teaches it's users how to harness and control the power of his/her own mind to do amazing and even some times metaphysical things.  We are not responsibly for how you choose to use and apply this knowledge.  The user is 100% responsible for harm caused to his/her own persons or any person subject to the magic teachings and practices derived from our books.

The statements contained in AcademyofSorcery.com are not intended to treat or diagnose any disease.  While these methods are quite viable, for legal reasons we must suggest that you see a physician in the case of any illness.

3. Description of Service
AcademyofSorcery.com provides users with an internet based manual that facilitates shopping services and an extensive collection of information. You also acknowledge and agree that the AcademyofSorcery.com service include links and communications from AcademyofSorcery.com such as service announcements and administrative messages.

Unless stated otherwise, new features that enhance or augment the current service; including release of new features, shall be subject to Terms of Service.

You are responsible for obtaining access to AcademyofSorcery.com service, and that access may involve third party fees (such as internet service provider or airtime charges). You are responsible for the third party fees.

You must provide and are responsible for all equipment necessary to access the AcademyofSorcery.com service.

4. Security and Passwords for Registered Users
If you register as an AcademyofSorcery.com member, You will be prompted to choose a username and password to enable you to access the online manual.
You acknowledge that:

• you must not send or disclose your AcademyofSorcery.com password to any other person;
   
• you must not keep your AcademyofSorcery.com password in any form, whether encoded or unencoded, in a location where it is capable of being copied or used by any person other than you; and
   
• you are solely responsible for any loss of access caused by use of your AcademyofSorcery.com password by you or any other person.

You must immediately notify AcademyofSorcery.com if you know that your AcademyofSorcery.com password has been compromised to become known to a third party, or if you know of any unauthorized use of your AcademyofSorcery.com password. In these circumstances you must immediately change your AcademyofSorcery.com password through the AcademyofSorcery.com customer service.

5. No Resale of Service
You fully acknowledge and agree not to duplicate, copy, sell, reproduce, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the AcademyofSorcery.com service, us of the AcademyofSorcery.com service, or access to the AcademyofSorcery.com service.

6. Modifications to AcademyofSorcery.com Service
AcademyofSorcery.com reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the AcademyofSorcery.com service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You acknowledge and agree that AcademyofSorcery.com shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the AcademyofSorcery.com Service.

7. Suspension or Termination
You acknowledge and agree that AcademyofSorcery.com, in its sole discretion, may withdraw, suspend, deny access, terminate your password, account (or any part thereof) or use of the AcademyofSorcery.com service, and remove and discard any content within the AcademyofSorcery.com service, for any reason, including, without limitation, if AcademyofSorcery.com believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the Terms of Service.

AcademyofSorcery.com may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing the AcademyofSorcery.com service, or any part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that any suspension or termination of your access to the AcademyofSorcery.com service under any provision of this Terms of Service may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that AcademyofSorcery.com may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information and/or bar any further access to the AcademyofSorcery.com service. Further, you agree that AcademyofSorcery.com shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the AcademyofSorcery.com service.

8. Guarantee/Cancellation Policy
You fully understand and agree that you are required to show that you made an effort to follow the program and that you fully read and understood the manual. For this reason, refunds will not be given until after the first 90 days, which we feel is the correct time factor to assess the program and the results achieved. We do not give refunds to people who simply "do not like the product", had "buyers remorse", or thought it would be something different.

You have 30 days for us to honor your refund request.

For members whose accounts have been active for 120 days or more, you may cancel at anytime with a written request. Instructions are listed below: 

Send the package back with amulets/materials intact with the following information:

1. Your Full Name
2. Your Full Address
3. Your Transaction Number
4. Your Username and Password
5. Please include a description as to why you asked for a refund.  Give us any details you wish to include.  We would really appreciate your feedback about our service so we can improve.

Cancellation requests MUST be submitted by postal mail, not email. We must have your signature on file for our claims department. Your request will be looked over and processed within 5 business days of receipt. Amulets must be in presentable/resaleable condition otherwise it is subject to a $30 replacement fee.
